These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ak666 online casino and sports betting information platform, accessible at https://ak666.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or using any service offered therein, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

ak666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and location at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending KYC completion.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, a valid phone number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and potential referral for investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ak666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept the following conditions of use:

• All information and content provided on the Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice.
• Game results and sports betting outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNG) and real-world sporting events respectively. Past results do not predict or influence future outcomes.
• Illustrative bonus amounts, PKR figures and win examples presented on the Platform are for illustration purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of actual outcomes or available offers.
• You must not use the Platform if you are in a jurisdiction where accessing it is unlawful, regardless of whether a technical restriction prevents access.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. These may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are subject to blockchain confirmation requirements. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah may take 1–3 business days.
• ak666 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
• Funds deposited into your account are not held in a segregated player fund unless the operator explicitly states otherwise in their current terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Illustrative Examples: Bonus amounts shown on the Platform (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer — up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples only and do not represent currently available live promotions. Actual offers are subject to the operator's current published terms and may differ.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or on behalf of any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to manipulate odds.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping or any form of coordinated cheating with other users.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions or technical glitches. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be deducted from the account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not extend to any resale, redistribution, reproduction, public display or creation of derivative works without prior written consent from ak666.

The ak666 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to ak666. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak666, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill resulting from gambling activity undertaken on or through the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service thereon, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action or any other reason.
• Any inaccuracy in game results or odds information, including but not limited to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ak666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a minority of users, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and resources are available to all registered users:

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by ak666's governing documents.

Pakistani users specifically acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may affect their rights and obligations. ak666 provides no warranty as to the legality of accessing this Platform from any location in Pakistan, and users do so at their own risk and responsibility.

ak666 reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users via email or in-platform notification, though this is not guaranteed.
